Privacy
Short version: we collect only what you type into our forms, we use it only for the reason on the form, and we delete it when you ask.
What we collect
- Stocking alerts: your email address, the waters you pick, the alert types you pick, and whether you also asked for Utah draw deadline reminders from our sister site.
- Guide quote request: your name, email, optional phone, the water, style, dates, group size and message you enter.
- Guide listing request: the business and contact details you enter.
- With each form we also store the time, your browser's user agent and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit spam.
How we use it
- Alert emails go only to the address you gave, only about the waters and alert types you picked. Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- If you tick the draw reminders box, we keep that choice so Utah Draw Guide (utahdraw.com, run by the same people) can send you draw deadline reminders once the two lists are joined. We will not share your address with anyone else.
- Quote requests are passed only to guides listed for the water and style you chose, and only when you tick the consent box. We never post your details on the site.
- Guide contact details are used to review and manage the listing. Guide phone numbers, emails and websites are never shown on the site.
We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising cookies.
Analytics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.
Deleting your data
Email [email protected] from the address you used and we will delete your records.
